Welcome to Tech How Lab

Hi, I’m Rishabh, the person behind Tech How Lab.

I started this site because I was tired of searching for a simple tech fix and landing on pages padded with fluff, recycled advice, or ads before I ever got to the actual answer. Whether it’s a laptop battery that won’t stop draining, a Windows feature that suddenly stops responding, or a phone setting that’s hiding in a place it has no business being-I wanted a place that gets straight to a solution that actually works.

That’s what Tech How Lab is: a straightforward, no-nonsense resource for everyday tech problems.

What We Cover

Tech How Lab focuses on practical, real-world tech help across:

  • Windows: troubleshooting, settings, features, and fixes for common errors in Windows 10 and 11
  • Software & Dev: fixes for apps, browsers, drivers, and developer tools like Visual Studio and MySQL
  • Android: device tips, app issues, and simple how-to guides

New topics get added as readers ask for them, so if there’s a problem you’d like covered, let me know through the Contact Us page.

Our Approach

Every guide on this site is written from testing the problem myself or researching it thoroughly from reliable sources — not spun from someone else’s article. My goal with each post is simple: explain what’s actually causing the issue, and walk through fixes in an order that makes sense, starting with the easiest one to try first.

Tech changes constantly, and so does this site. I regularly revisit and update older posts as software updates, new devices, and new fixes come along, so the advice here stays current rather than going stale.

Why “Tech How Lab”

The name says exactly what this is: a place where I work through the “how” of everyday tech problems, like a lab — testing, troubleshooting, and documenting what actually fixes things, so you don’t have to.
